Nice practice, gotta make sure those lines follow the perspective though. The top right cube's front plane's top-right corner is misaligned!(lol that was a mouthful hopefully you understood that).

Also charcoal does have subtle highlights and usually white ash speckled all over it as well as cracks. Without those little details your charcoal can be very easily confused for rubber, or just a matte-black cube.

Your sugar cube also lacks details that would make it look undeniably like a sugar cube. Google sugar cubes and you'll find that the silhouette of it looks kind of like rough cement bricks, and it's quite translucent.
